Rights and obligations of users

The information published on this website are owned by the Haute Auvergne Golf Club. Any full or partial copy can not be done without the agreement of Haute Auvergne Golf Club.
Users are responsible for the interpretation and use of the information and documents on the site. It is their responsibility to make use complies with current regulations and recommendations of the National Commission on Information and Freedoms (CNIL) when the data have a name.
In particular, they must know that the information should be used only for strictly professional, that the capture to reconstruct or expand a database of names or documentary is contrary to French law and therefore prohibited, as that the use for commercial purposes or advertising.
The establishment of links by others to pages or documents on the company's website, may in fact constitute a breach of copyright, an act of parasitism or defamation, must subject to authorization of the Haute Auvergne Golf Club can be applied directly to the site administrator or service particularly concerned.
The authorization will be granted if the links do not infringe interests of the Haute Auvergne Golf Club, and, if they guarantee the possibility for users to identify the origin of the Haute Auvergne Golf’s document especially in the case of hyperlinks deep, framing or by inserting links.
